For Countdown: enter your desired hours, minutes, and seconds. For Pomodoro: set your work session length (default 25 min) and break length (default 5 min).
Click the Start button. For Stopwatch: click Lap to record split times. For Countdown: the timer counts down and alerts you when it reaches zero.
